More Art and Photo Show Moments

I can’t resist posting a few more images from our Labor Day Art and Photo Shows.

Above, Mayor J Davis with “Turn, Turn, Turn,” a collage by Marjorie Gray, who received a 1st place award in the Art Show in the prints/mixed media category for another collage. Photo by Nora Simon.

Above, Clara Majors next to her painting “New Age”, which received the first place award in the oil/acrylic painting division in the Art Show.  Photo by Nora Simon.

Now some of the artwork that caught my eye, in no particular order:

Above, “Dressed in Flowers” by Rita Sayer and “Summertime” by Amanda Williams.

Above, “Mother in Peru Dressed for Mother’s Day” by Suzette Agans, and “Passageway to Peace” taken in Italy by (my neighbor) Joan Conway.

Above, “Snowscape 2″ by (my friend) Erin Flood and “Deep Blue Range,” a multimedia entry by Charles Divine.

    Hello Susan…

I was curious if your friend, Erin Flood, was the same Erin who attended PGCC in Maryland?

  2. Susan says:

Hey Ian.  I don’t know but I’ll ask and let you know.
